If I had a perfect diet I know I wouldn't need supplements, but as I am not perfect I do feel I benefit from supplementing some of the micronutrients I know I am missing in my diet. Supplements are a hard topic for me as I do feel there are a lot of them that sell false promises and can be downright harmful. Looking at sourcing, pick a company you trust, and look for FTC certifications when possible. Here are some of my favorites but always be sure to talk to your provider before starting anything new.
